On 13 October 2023, Gavin Moss and Henry Kwok of Chifley Advisory were appointed as Joint and Several Administrators of the Company pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

At the second meeting of creditors held on 6 November 2023, the creditors resolved to wound up the Company and Gavin Moss and Henry Kwok were appointed as Joint and Several Liquidators of the Company.

Employees
As at 7 November 2023
At this stage, we continue to trade the Company business as normal on a day-to-day proposition under the circumstances. Employees are asked to continue with their normal duties pending further advice. Employees are advised that the trading operation will be on a "no Work no Pay" basis to ensure cash flow is sufficient to trade on the business as long as possible.

We will communicate with the employees directly in separate covers, however, employees are invited to access the Creditors Portal (Link Below) to interact with the External Administrators and to access various general information and documents in relation to the Company.
Creditors

The Liquidators are taking steps to orderly wind down the business operation of the Company, the creditors/suppliers will be contacted in due course about further details.

As mentioned previously, the Administrators will NOT accept any liabilities as a cost to the Administration unless it is authorised by this office in writing.
