Henry is a Registered Liquidator and an expert in corporate insolvency, restructuring and turnaround solutions for small to medium size businesses. He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate insolvency at various insolvency firms. 

 

Henry has been appointed to a wide range and size of corporate appointments, including voluntary and court-appointed liquidations, voluntary administrations, deed of company arrangements, receiverships, etc. Business sizes ranged from small retail shop to large national surety product business, and industries included retail and hospitality, transportation and logistics, building and construction, etc.

 

Henry like to work closely with directors of companies who are experiencing financial difficulty, their trusted advisers and other stakeholders and utilises his practical and commercial experience to deliver commercial, efficient and effective outcomes for all parties. Henry is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Registered Liquidator by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (‘ASIC’)

• Certified Practicing Accountant of CPA Australia (‘CPA’)

• Professional Member of Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA)

• Member of Association of Independent Insolvency Practitioners (AIIP)
