Mohammad is a Registered Liquidator and a Chartered Accountant with in excess of 14 years of corporate recovery and insolvency experience.

Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Business Degree with a major in Accounting and a sub-major in Commercial Law from the University of Western Sydney, NSW. 

​

Mohammad predominately assists companies in the SME market as well as being involved in large and complex insolvency appointments requiring the trading on of distressed businesses.

 

He has built an extensive network of referrals from accountants and solicitors based on the principles of providing honest, reliable and trustworthy advice whilst adhering to the highest standards of ethics.

​

Mohammad’s specialty is his experience in providing advice to companies seeking to enter Voluntary Administration and subsequently executing and effectuating a Deed of Company Arrangement that enables companies facing periods of financial distress and liquidity problems being saved and returning to their once viable state.

  

Outside insolvency, Mohammad is a keen sportsman and has a passion for Boxing and Rugby League.

 

Mohammad is often the first point of contact for accountants and lawyers that have clients experiencing financial uncertainty.
