Mohammad predominately assists companies in the SME market as well as being involved in large and complex insolvency appointments requiring the trading on of distressed businesses.
Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Business Degree with a major in Accounting and a sub-major in Commercial Law from the University of Western Sydney, NSW.
Mohammad’s specialty is his experience in providing advice to companies seeking to enter Voluntary Administration and subsequently executing and effectuating a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) that enables companies facing periods of financial distress and liquidity problems being saved and returning to their once viable state.
Mohammad is often the first point of contact for accountants and lawyers that have clients experiencing financial uncertainty.
Mohammad has also provided business valuation reports for a variety of purposes including family law, commercial litigation and general appraisal purposes as well preparing detailed investigative reports to a variety of clients and for a variety of purposes including, fraud examination and potential financial misconduct, solvency assessments and insurance claims.
